During our romantic escape, we were delighted by the excellent service provided at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff members were professional, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. We especially enjoyed the diverse and delicious cuisine offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu had a wide variety of dishes that satisfied our taste buds. the hotel's location was key, as it was just a short walk away from the enchanting beach and the vibrant town center. It was convenient and allowed us to explore the surroundings easily.
There were a couple of aspects that we did not appreciate during our stay. we were disappointed to discover that the hotel did not fully uphold the promises displayed on their facade leaderboard.

The hotel's advertisement of all inclusive and free bar can be misleading, as guests may need to pay extra for certain amenities or services.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach and the center of the city. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. I loved the fact that there was a mini-club for kids, with fun and entertaining activities all day long. the food was excellent, with a variety of dishes that changed daily.
The air conditioning system turned off every few hours, which made sleeping at night difficult. It was a bit noisy around the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
